INITIAL CONSULTATION

This will include thorough details and ideas to transform your home. We will also discuss your timing and budget so that a a detailed staging plan with a bid that fits your individual situation can be provided.

Up to two hours of time scheduled with the homeowner and realtor as we discuss your needs, wants, and expectations to be achieved. During this visit, each room will be evaluated and you will be provided information and guidance as well as a proposal with a variety of services tailored to enhance your home to its full potential.

PACKAGES

The following packages include complete staging for 60 days. Larger properties may incur additional time and cost. Rooms not included in the packages below are also available to stage for an additional fee.
