- Comprehensive Staging Consultation ($250): A review of the entire property, inside and out, describing just what is needed to be market ready. This two-hour service is an invaluable investment. We'll walk through each room and help the homeowner understand the importance of staging and what they need to do to stage the home, while impacting their lifestyle as little as possible.
- Detailed Written Report: For an additional $150 we offer a written, detailed report including photos with notes describing areas that need special attention or improvement.
Owner Occupied Staging : Leave the work to us! Stage Right Now has a team of Accredited Staging Professionals and Professional Organizers that will quickly de-clutter, rearrange, and improve the areas of a home to maximize the look to appeal to buyers.
Staging Vacant Homes : 92% of potential buyers can not visualize themselves living in a home when it is shown to them as vacant. The ability of Stage Right Now to skillfully, minimally and artfully fill an empty home with the appropriate furnishings, accessories and other items that make a house a home will cause a buyer to pause and picture themselves in the space and want to BUY! Following a free bid, SRN will send you a complete and binding estimate for the staging of your property.
Staging for Realtors : Stage Right Now offers a Preferred Realtors Program to those realtors who employ us on an ongoing basis, the benefits include
